[FIXED] How to transfer amount from PayPal to Credit Card

Issue

I have integrated money transfer from Paypal to PayPal account in my application, but now I want to transfer amount from my PayPal account to any Credit Card. Can any one help me on this by sending the code or links where this is implemented?
